PROCESS:
Raw paddy is dumped into the RMG(Raw Material Ground)
Paddy cleaned with the help of paddy cleaner feeded with the help of elevators.
Cleaned paddy is soaked in the water in the water tanks.
Soaked paddy is kept out of the water tanks for tempering.
Tempered paddy is feeded into the roaster for roasting with the help of elevator.
Roasted paddy is passed through poha machine,which removes husk from poha with the help of sieve and fresh poha is taken out .
Now the person sitting on the machine will feed poha into the conveyor and at the end of the conveyor an elevator/bucket coveyor would be given to feed the poha into the grader.
Now fresh and graded poha would be further feeded into the flaker machine with the help of elevator , and flaker would press the poha to make it thin and long resulting in increase of shine and smoothness. The no of flakers can be increased as per demand of the market, for better results.
The husk coming out of the poha machine can be collected with the help of screw conveyor, by installing a full covered poha machine and thus collecting the husk into the container with the help of blower attached at the end of screw conveyor
