Special Machine Features
- The machine is specially design by Proveg Engineering group exclusively for hard type biomass/sawdust/Agri waste/grasses.
- The machine is totally different from conventional flat die machine as it has an horizontal reduction gear box.
- For small models and also has auto lubrication system for bigger capacity machine i.e. more than 500kg per hour.
- Machine die & roller are made of high strength and wear resistance material. The drive gear box is designed to provide high squeeze pressure over the die.
- The roller & die are all forging parts & made up of special alloy of 42CrMo which provides grater & extended die & roller life even on hardest biomass/sawdust material
